Days go by...

Well i have been super terrible at keeping up with my blog! =\ its already april! Jan feb march are already gone!

I haven't done any wedding planning except for ordering my wedding dress! I ordered it n march because i was told that the dress was a 6 month order and then 2 months for alterstions! So i HAD to order the dress by the end of march.... My dress is ordered and i can't wait for it arrive! And i was given the amazing news that my dress will be here in june! Even earlier than i had planned!

So... My mom and i ordered my dress and to our surprise the dress was 200$ dollars cheaper because i was ordering a smaller size! Ah! The perks of losing weight!! I was so thrilled when they told me what dress size they were going to be ordering for me!!! No plus size dress for this bride to be! Sorry girls... But it really is no fun having to order a 'women's' sized dress...doesn't matter who u are...no one truly wants to be over weight and i won't believe a word anyone tells me when they say that they are comfortable being the size they are... I call bs.

Anyways off my fat girl rant. Lol

I cannot wait to be future mrs Basco!!! Im gonna be Aubries mrs! Gods timing couldn't be more amazing! Just when you think you can't have a happy ending to a beautiful beginning! I cannot believe the amazing things that god is placing in my life! Give it all to him and he will give you the things you want the most!

I am loving my mini cooper! The car of my dreams is sitting n my garage! I sometimes still can't believe that i drive a mini!  Im so in love with my mini!

I'm being selfish

This week has been a whirlwind of emotions that I struggle to articulate. Attending the funeral of a childhood friend's father, who passed away unexpectedly, opened floodgates of nostalgia and sadness. We shared a bond through our mutual love for horseback riding, receiving our first ponies almost simultaneously. While we've drifted apart as adults, the news hit me hard. Our parents, similar in age and pursuits, faced the unimaginable loss of a husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Witnessing my friend's grief and contemplating my own future in their shoes brought tears of empathy and fear. The inevitability of losing loved ones, a reality we often push aside, looms ominously. Wow, it’s been a while since my last post in April! This year has been a whirlwind—it’s incredible how time flies. Big milestone: I turned 40! I still can’t believe it. I don’t feel 40, though; my mind says 20, but my body sometimes feels 70. 😅 I was lucky to celebrate with my family and closest friends, and my parents surprised me with my very first Louis Vuitton. She’s stunning! I also completed my MSF course, which means I can legally ride my motorcycle now! I recently took my Triumph Bonneville T120 on its first solo ride to work. It was nerve-wracking but exhilarating, and I’m hooked! My next dream bike is the Triumph Scrambler, so I can join my husband on some dirt road adventures. Unfortunately, I got hit with a really bad bug and was in bed for a week, which wiped out all my PTO for the year.
